Terms of Use

How families and schools use iskuul.com — accounts, subscriptions, and fair use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of iskuul.com content, our website, app and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1.Who can use the Service

The Service is intended to be set up and managed by an adult (aged 18 or over) — a parent, carer, guardian or, for schools, an authorised member of staff. Children use the Service under the supervision and responsibility of that adult. By creating an account, you confirm you are an adult and are authorised to accept these Terms.

2.Accounts

The number of child accounts you may create depends on your chosen subscription plan (up to 2, 4, or 8 child accounts on family plans, or 1 profile during a 7-day trial), plus guardian account(s), under a single subscription.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for supervising any child who uses the Service through your account.

3.Subscriptions, pricing and payment

Families: £2.99 per month for up to 2 children, £4.99 per month for up to 4 children, or £7.99 per month for up to 8 children.

Schools: £9.99 per month, or £100 per year.

Free worksheets: all printable worksheets are free to download, with or without a subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prices may change from time to time. We will give reasonable notice of any change, which will not affect your current billing period. Payments are handled by our secure third-party payment provider.

4.One-to-one teaching — introductions only

Important: one-to-one teaching is separate from your iskuul.com subscription.

If you request one-to-one tuition, iskuul.com acts only as an introducer: we pass on the details of a teacher so you can arrange lessons directly.

Teachers’ fees are not part of the subscription and must be paid separately, directly to the teacher, on a per-hour basis.

iskuul.com will not charge you any fee for introducing a teacher.

All teachers whose details we pass on are qualified in the UK.

The teaching arrangement is a direct contract between you and the teacher. iskuul.com is not a party to it, does not employ the teacher, and is not responsible or liable for the one-to-one lessons, their content, quality, scheduling or payment. Any dispute about one-to-one lessons should be resolved directly with the teacher.

5.Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Service or interfere with its operation; share account access outside your household or school; copy, resell or redistribute our lessons or content except as expressly allowed; or use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

6.Free worksheets — licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and print our free worksheets for your own home or classroom use. You may not sell, redistribute commercially, or present our worksheets as your own.

7.Intellectual property

All lessons, worksheets, videos, quizzes, text, graphics, logos and other content on the Service are owned by iskuul.com or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the limited rights set out in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

8.Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and up to date, but we may add, change, suspend or remove features, lessons or content at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here, and continued use means you accept the changes.

9.Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. While our lessons are written by teachers and aligned to the UK National Curriculum, we do not guarantee any particular educational outcome or result. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties.

10.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iskuul.com is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence). As set out in section 4, we are not liable for one-to-one teaching arranged directly between you and a teacher.

11.Ending your use

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
